Volunteer interns from local
colleges to work with the artists and company as needed.
Interns learn the business by hands on experience with
professionals.
Departments currently accepting interns: Public Relations However, you do not have to be a college student to apply. Job Title: Studio Engineer Division: Chantelar Studios Job Description:
The studio engineer is
responsible for operating and maintaining the recording studio
during recording sessions and mixdown. This individual will be
a partner to the record producers (when present), taking direction from him
and offering suggestions when appropriate. Requirements
include knowledge of or the ability to learn Cakewalk Pro
Suite (Sonar 8.5 with V-studio 700), outboard gear (compressors, reverb units,
samplers, etc.), Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI),
multi-track analogue recording, recording consoles, miking
techniques, studio etiquette, gear set up and breakdown
(guitars, amps, drumsets, etc), and being a prompt and
responsible professional. This is a contract position. The company
will issue guidelines and standard processes for the engineer
to use as he/she feels necessary.

The graphic artists will be
instrumental in providing for the visual arts needs of the
company. This individual
will "work from home" most of the time and should be a self-starter
with computer access, telephone
access, be creative, and able to handle multiple projects
concurrently. This is a contract position. The company will
issue guidelines and standard processes for the artist to use
as appropriate.

The copywriter/journalist
should be able to showcase their wit and creativity with a pen
(computer). This individual
will "work from home" and should be a self-starter
with computer access, telephone
access, english/grammer skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects
concurrently. This is a contract position. The company will
issue guidelines and standard processes for the agent to use
as he/she feels necessary.

Job Title: PR Executive
We are making some changes and
starting a new indie record label, with that we'll need some
positions in place. This position, reporting to the
Director of Promotions, will be instrumental in the promoting
of Spiritual Graffiti Records' recording artists and products. The
successful candidate will be a self-starter with creative
thinking in regards to generating and sculpting public
interest. Requirements include: computer access, telephone
access, team building skills and leadership, and reliable
transportation. This is a contract position. The company will
provide guidelines and instruction to be used as the agent
feels necessary.
Duties include:
Compensation: 3%
commission of represented artists' gross income. Job Title: A&R Representative Division: Spiritual Graffiti Records Job Description:
We are making some changes and
starting a new indie record label, with that we'll need some
positions in place.This position, reporting to the
President, will be instrumental in the scouting and developing
of Spiritual Graffiti Records' recording artists. The successful candidate
will be a self-starter with good communication and
organizational skills, a knowledge of music, pop culture, and
the Christian music industry. Requirements include: computer
access; telephone access; leadership and team building skills;
and reliable transportation. This is a contract position. The
company will provide guidelines and advice to be used as
helpful to the apprentice.
Duties include:
Compensation: 2% of
represented artists gross record sales. Job Title: Management Apprentice Division: The ZBM Group Job Description:
We are making some changes and
starting a new indie record label, with that we'll need some
positions in place. This position, reporting to the
Artist Manager, will be instrumental in the handling of
Spiritual Graffiti Records' recording artists. The successful candidate will be a
self-starter with good communication and organizational
skills. Requirements include: computer access, telephone
access, reliable transportation, team building skills, and a
general industry knowledge. This is a contract position. The
company will provide guidelines and instruction to be used as
helpful to the apprentice.
Duties include:
Compensation: 5% of
represented artist gross income. Job Title: Videography Apprentice Division: Chantelar Studios Job Description:
This position will operate both
Digital SLR and Video cameras for photography shoots and video
shoots as needed. The successful candidate will be a
self-starter with good communication and organizational
skills. Requirements include: digital video editing skills. This is a contract position. The
company will provide guidelines and instruction to be used as
helpful to the apprentice.
Duties include:
Compensation:
negotiable Job Title: Booking Agent Division: Spiritual Graffiti Booking Job Description:
We are making changes and
starting up a new independent record label and will need a
booking agent in place soon. The booking agent, reporting to
the Booking Director, is instrumental in the booking process
of Spiritual Graffiti Records' artists and other clients. This individual
will "work from home" and should be a self-starter
with computer access, high communication skills, telephone
access, be persistent, and able to handle multiple projects
concurrently. This is a contract position. The company will
issue guidelines and standard processes for the agent to use
as he/she feels necessary.
Duties include:
Compensation: 10%
commission for all performance gigs resulting from agent's
efforts.
Job Title: Sound &
Light Director
This position will be
instrumental in the set up, operation, and maintenance of
sound & light gear for Spiritual Graffiti Records' recording artists
at performance engagements, as well as, studio engagements
including or internet TV show, ReformationLive - the Truth and
Chantelar Studios photography sessions. The successful candidate will be a
self-starter with good communication and organizational
skills, a knowledge of pro-audio & lighting operations in
the music industry, and a desire to use their craft as
ministry. Requirements include: computer access; telephone
access; and reliable transportation. Previous sound
& lighting experience is a plus. Personal sound &
lighting equipment a plus. This is a contract position. The
company will provide guidelines and advice to be used as
helpful in operation and leadership.
Duties include:
Hours: Flexible, Nights & Weekends MUSICAL POSITIONS We currently do not have any musical positions available with our artists.
